Hi,
We are switching over to JIRA Service Desk for our companys internal users.
Instead of the users having to "sign up" as customers, we would like to add all users from our Active Directory as customers in our Service Desk.
The User Directories under User Management seem to be for JIRA users only, not customers.
Is there any functionality that would allow me to do this, instead of each "customer" having to sign up?
Interested in this as well, as have a similar situation
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You can grant the "SERVICE DESK CUSTOMERS" Role to a group from your Active Directory, this way no signup is needed

I am interested as well, especially when we are about to implement JIRA Service Desk for the first time.
