I'm not sure I understood correctly your question, can you please clarify what would be the Group Type Request?
In Service Desk there is the Request type, where it can be modified on Project settings > Request types or if you need to change the Request type of the ticket, you can open the ticket and on the right side you will see the option to click and the drop down will show available request type:
