Service Desk From Email



I have set up a custom email address but also want to use that email address for any outgoing emails. How can I do so?

Hi @Raoul_Wedel

My answer assumes you are using JIRA Service Desk (Cloud Hosted)

First of all you will need to configure JIRA Cloud to send emails from your domain:


  1. Go to Project settings > Notifications
  2. Edit Email section (at the top of the scheme)

This will affect all projects that use the same notification scheme.
