Service Desk Customer invite problem

Hello,

I would like to invite a customer to JIRA Service Desk but I got the following error message: "Could not invite some customers", "User not found ''."

I should mention that I've sent an invite last week Thursday but the customer didn't get any email so I decided I send the invite again, unfortunately without much success. 

Would be very good if that customer can use the service desk.

What can be the problem and how can I solve it?

I am running the server version fo service desk and I do cannot find the Service Desk customers under the user management page.  Is there somewhere else that I can find this list?

 

I have invited customers and there are no error messages shown, but there is also no email sent either.......

Unfortunately I've tried but that customer is dissappeared, it means I cannot see under the "usermanagement".

Hi Ramóna, 

Once you invite a user to JSD, the user is already added into the customers' list. To invite him/her again you must proceed as follows:

  1. Visit Cog Icon > User Management
  2. Right next to 'Active Users' dropdown, select 'Service Desk Customers'
  3. Deactivate this user and wait a few minutes
  4. Go back to your JSD and invite this customer again

This should do the trick. smile
