I would like to invite a customer to JIRA Service Desk but I got the following error message: "Could not invite some customers", "User not found ''."
I should mention that I've sent an invite last week Thursday but the customer didn't get any email so I decided I send the invite again, unfortunately without much success.
Would be very good if that customer can use the service desk.
What can be the problem and how can I solve it?
Once you invite a user to JSD, the user is already added into the customers' list. To invite him/her again you must proceed as follows:

I am running the server version fo service desk and I do cannot find the Service Desk customers under the user management page. Is there somewhere else that I can find this list?
