Where could I Change the Service Desk Customer - Portal Access security type ?

Couldn't find it in roles ?

Hi Michael,

If you mean turning on/of public sign up, please refer Configuring public signup for further information.
Regarding the roles on Service Desk, please refer to JIRA Service Desk permissions.
