Dear all,
Some of our users have send request through the customer portal.
When I open the portal URl and try to view all request for a particular user using filter, nothing is reported while I ma sure at least records exist
Any idea what is wrong ?

The portal is not used for searching for requests, you have to search using the Jira Service Desk interface, not the portal.
The portal searches in and displays requests made by (or shared with) the current logged in user.
