There are several add ons in the marketplace. Can anyone recommend one that they use for sequential approvals? Below is a very basic scenario that I am trying to solve for:
- The requestor makes choice in a form.
- Based on the selection the request goes to 2 - 5 approvers, one at a time after the previous approver approves (sequential).
- Must be able to use Portal for approvals and therefore limited "Jira" interaction by non-IT personnel (managers)
- Limited number of custom statuses used within the workflow.
- Scalable. Will need to be used across multiple projects. We want to avoid creating "one time use" statuses for each workflow
I do not want to re-invent the wheel here. There must be others out in the community who have successful executions of what I am trying to accomplish.
