I notice that our engineering & service desk Jiras share a single set of priorities.
I'd like to create a separate set of priorities for Service Desk, so I can have something like "Blocker -- triggers page" that wouldn't be useful on the engineering board.
One potential solution I noticed is Priority Schemes is available for Server, but I can't find them on Jira Cloud. Is there a way I can activate that feature on Cloud?
this isn't available in cloud. There is an open request but it has been open forever. JRACLOUD-3821
