I am working with the trial version of JIRA Servicedesk (external) and I have some few questions:
1. If it's possible to find also "blog posts" and "already asked questions" with the search function (find help articles and forms)? It seems it really search through articles.
2. If I type in a summary, I don't get the reference of already asked / similar questions. Just the reference to articles with the same content. Can I change this?
