Good morning.

Satisfaction survey is enabled, however it is not forwarding to my clients. What could be the mistake? What can I do?

First of all, check if Request Resolved notification rule is enabled in this project,

Request Resolved notification is enable, however it is not forwarding the satisfaction email to my clients
