I have created a custom object from Salesforce that is connected to out Service Desk in Jira. They allow comments to be created via Salesforce on case chatter feed.
I was wondering is there a way to send comments through the custom object i have created ?

Unfortunately, the connector doesn't support custom object chatter or comment at the moment.
