I am running Jira Service Desk cloud and I would like to avoid my users having to sign up to Jira to submit a ticket. We are using Azure and have some other 3rd party apps integrated through SAML and I am looking at doing this here. So my question is...if I turn on SSO does it impact authentication for the other Jira projects and secondly what are the best articles on this subject out there?
I am using Atlassian access for this. All users are imported from Azure AD to Atlassian Access. Provisioning is enabled.
I have set up the Atlassian access so that users who are imported do not get any other system access.
