How can I set working hours for SLA, bacause we don't offer our clients 24-hour support? Is there any solution for that?

Hi Pawel,

This is done by creating a calendar:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK/SLAs

In a calendar you can specify your working hours for every weekday. Afterwards you just link the specific calendar to your goal and the time tracking will take your calendar into account.
