Hi,
I am using SLA Powerbox with JIRA Service Desk and SW. When I setted up SLA Powerbox I had to delete "native" SLA rules in project to see only SLA powerbox add-on metrics.
I need to setup automation rule, that some time before breaching the SLA I will get or our service desk will get an email with notification. Is there some way how to get this function?It is "must have" function for our Service Desk.

SLA PowerBox 3.0 delivers built-in notifications and alerting. Please upgrade.
