SLA did not stop

Hi, I am dealing with a intermittent problem. I have some issues in which the SLA, called TDG, did not stop. SLA should start in status "Em estimativa" and stop in status "Aprovado", but how you can see below, the SLA still running. I have, for now, two cases.

Software versions:

JIRA v7.4.0

JIRA Service Desk Application v3.6.0

This is a long-shot however do you have more than 1 status for Aprovado?
