SLA Issue

Hi,  My JIRA on-demand system is on timezone GMT(-5:00) Newyork. Our support team work in CST time zone .
Issue : Morning our SLA works well until 1:00PM CST then it does'nt fire at all .

Attached this screen shot of my calendar , is there any timezone settings for "WORK WEEK"

click on "+ Add calendar". you need to create a new calendar and define the timezone you desire.

Thanks for the reply Kack . Do you know what is the right timezone for CST ? I see everythin in in GMT here
