I have jira service desk project.
I need to create distinction for agents to organizations (area of visibility).
Each agent has access own organizations and doesn't see organizations of other agents.
Could you provide instructions (step-by-step) how to set up access restriction (distinction ) of agents by organizations?
Organizations is for segregation of the customer not the Agent. The only way to keep Agents segregated in a single service desk is to use Issue Security.
Alternatively have you considered using more than one service desk. Then each group of agents has visibility to only their service desk.
