Restrict Customer Portal Users From Seeing All Queued Issues ?

When A User Open Jira Service Desk Project He Can The Queued Issues , If I Want To Create Custmor Portal For All Clients I Have , They Can See All Issues Created , Its Not Secure For My Bussnis .

 

Can I Restrict A Client From Seeing Other Clients Issues ???

If by client you mean Customer, then group your customers into Organizations...

  1. From the project menu, go to Customers
  2. Click Add Organization
  3. Create a new organization and Add
  4. Open the newly added Org from the list and add customers to it.  Customers can belong to more than one organization.

Then, in Project Settings,

  1. go to Customer Permissions
  2. under "Who can customers share requests with" select "Other customers in their organization."

If you are trying to keep Agents from seeing other Agents issues, I think the only sure way to do that is to create separate projects.
