One of our users has had a new laptop and can not remember her password to log-in to our service desk. When she clicks forgot password does not receive an email, please can you help

I hope you refer https://id.atlassian.com/ site to handle authentication and password resets. I would expect this to be an email address, but it might be possible to have a specific username instead.
