Require minimum number of approvals from list of approvers in Jira SD

We plan to use Jira Service Desk for Change Requests.  When a user submits a Change they'll be required to select 2 or more approvers.  This is only to provide an approver should 1 or more of the selected approvers not be available.

How do I set up Jira SD to require at least n number of approvals from the list containing all selected approvers?

Ex. 3 managers from a dept. have been selected as approvers of the Change.  2 are out of the office, so it's up to the remaining approver to move the Change along without requiring all 3 managers to sign-off.

Is this possible with Jira SD?

In the workflow with the approval, there is a configure option. The dialog box looks like this:
