Is there a way to change the reporting period for a SLA?
It seem I can only select:
Past 7 days
Past 30 days
I would like to have report on last month since we do not always have the time to do reporting on the first of the month.
There is a current feature request that you can find at JSDSERVER-4858. Please vote on the issue and add any comments for the devs that you believe they will find relevant. Once you do that you'll be notified when there are any updates/workarounds available.
