Reporting - gathering additional information

I am looking at reporting more on we as a company preform using Jira support desk and if there is any way we can report on this within the system. 


The fields we are looking at are:


activity type

average handling time

contact concurrency

contact routes


Is this possible with the reporting element in Jira support desk, At the moment I cannot see how to make additional reports other than what is there at the moment.

Do you need these fields visible in the Requests view in the Customer portal of Jira Service Desk?
