For all the emailed requests logged in my service desk I see the Reporter is coming as qm "<code>". How can I ensure that the Reporter field is populated with the value of the email ID of the customer who sent the request?

The reporter will be populated with the customer account for the reporter.
The e-mail ID is not supported in the reporter field moving forward.
