Report generated does not pull SLAs such as time to resolution?

When I export jsd tickets with "time to resolution" and "time for response", the generated report does not contain the time specifics.

Hi Catheline,

A simple solution to this is to export using the HTML (All Fields) option.

This is a known issue, you can track the status of the issue here and follow the other workaround included.
