Removing Reopen button/status after 10 days of Resolved Status

Dear JIRA Team, 

 

Is there a possibility to remove/hide Re-Open Ticket status/button after certain days (lets say 10days) of ticket being in Resolved/Closed status ?

Hi,

Yes you could set a condition on the workflow step where the resolved date is <= -10d.  I found out the hard way that the conditions set on the workflows do actually transpire to the portal.
