Currently we work with a lot of PII data and cannot have this information sent via email. If a public comment is added with an attachment, is there a way to remove the attachment and not send via email?

Currently, we can only disable attachments to the entire site, which will affect all projects.
I tested here and even if we don’t add the field Attachments to the request type if the customer adds the attachment it will be added to the ticket.
We don’t have a feature request for this, so please, feel free to raise one on jira.atlassian.com (project JSDCLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
