I have installed 8.0.3 into our dev environment and we are now seeing several issues.
Everyone is looking to me but I am just a DBA, please help is possible.

Aditional:
I have now upgraded to Service Desk 4.0.3 and there is no change. The main issue we are having is that anytime you pick an option from the top menu (and ask Jira to do anything) the screen goes grey and you get the spinning wheel, which neve goes unless you ESC or F5.
This was all fin before we patched to 8.0.3.

can you share your log files? What about any errors in console in developer tools (like in Chrome)?
If you will look on default Jira port 8080 directly on server - is it still same?

I'm afraid I'm very newbie where this concerned. Where are the logs you need? I think the port is still 8080.

So if you will log into RDP to server and open browser with http://localhost:8080 then are your problem still appears?
What about browser console (in Chrome with CTRL+Shift+i) - did you get any errors like 403,404 or 503 after reloading?
