Our company currently using JSD Server and planning to move to Cloud. As we considering thou, I would like to ask if it is possible for me to customize in JSD Cloud so after user submit a ticket, instead of redirect user to the ticket details, the user will be redirect to either:
- Back to the Support Portal Home Page or
- the Requests Filter Page
