While SAML, GSuite, and LDAP authentication exist, none of these authentication methods support reading and additional attributes from a directory. It would be extremely useful if attibues like Company, Department, and Phone Number were able to be read.
There is a large number of add-ons available that make this possible, but none of them are available for Jira ServiceDesk Cloud.
