I've set up a support email whereby any email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will create a support request which is working fine however I want to automatically create a request whenever we receive an alert from amazon cloud watch to this email address. The amazon email comes from email@example.com but for some reason it isn't working. Looking at the processing log I see 'Signup is not currently available' even though I've turned on public signup. any idea?
