When a Service Desk Operator replies on a ticket, they receive an "updated" email to state "Waiting on customer". This is not necessary for us and I would like to stop this notification.
I have disabled notifications from sending "Issue Updated (System)" notifications to JIRA service desk staff but they are still arriving.
Am I missing something?
JIRA>Administration>Issues>Notifications Schemes > Issue Updated (system) - removed all users from the field.
