Could you please help me and tell me if it's possible to customize the notification e-mail that is sent to a customer when the customer creates a new issue in the JIRA Service Desk? We would like to send a customized automatic reply to confirm the reception of the issue.

Under Project Settings - Notifications - Edit - Issue Created. You can fully customize that response.
