Hi,
i'm wondering if there's an option to add content to the JIRA Service Desk Customers 'Create Issue' Screen by simply adding e.g. "Summary=ASDF" or similar to the URL I link for a specific topic.
Here's an example of what i mean: Is there any way to modify the "Service Area" (cascaded custom field) via the URL?

I know it's not an answer but I was looking for the same thing and found out there's an issue for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-133 so if you find this question as well please go there and express your interest. Maybe it will be implemented by 2020 ;-)
