we are considering acquiring Service Desk, now that you changed your licensing scheme
we would need to have a separate customer portal for each of our 20 customers, so that they can log in, see their requests and only theirs, etc.
look&feel customization would be great
is this possible? I can't seem to find this information online
Portals can be customized based off of project in Jira, not based off the customer, so what ever you define your project as can be customized. Normally, you can leverage permission schemes and issue security schemes to limit what folks can see, just as Atlassian does themselves.
I would recommend spinning up a demo of JSD 2.0 and play around with it.
