I have a closed user product that requires users to register and login to use my product.
When they have a technical issue they currently email us, I want to be able to incorporate Service Desk to replace email.
Ideally, I'd like the user to click on the URL of our Service Desk, and we prefill their user details (name, email address, CMS ID) so they can just report their issue, without having to enter their details.
IS this possible? If so where can I sign up?
You will need an add on app to capture user profile data. Check the Marketplace for options which will vary depending on whether you go with Cloud or Server JSD. If you do a bit of searching in the community you will find suggestions from folks based upon their experience.
