Outgoing emails not sent (partially)

Hi,

I have a problem with outgoing emails from Jira.

I have an Incoming Email Handler that creates issues on behalf of reporter. The account is created. He receives a welcome email "Account Created". I comment on issue but he doesn't receive an email. IT shows up in Mail queue, disappears after some seconds but is not sent. It is not in sent items in mailbox. No errors in log. I don't know how to debug this.

I use office 365 account and mail server.

I can send test email, it works.

I can send an email from settings to the specified group.

Batch notifications work too. I receive an email with all coments from the latest 10 minutes.

What can I check? I enabled debug, watch logs, but don't see any errors nor warnings.

Try turning on the DEBUG log level for these two packages:

* com.atlassian.servicedesk.plugins.notifications.internal.automation.then


* com.atlassian.servicedesk.plugins.notifications.internal.dispatch
