I need to add organizations field while creating a ticket in Create issue screen.
Is it possible to do this?
Also, I was wondering if it is possible to get Organizations field populated in Jira customer field?
If, for example, I connect Jira SD with Active Directory, will Jira get organizations field from AD ?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add the organization to the create issue screen in Jira because of this issue:
Maybe you want to vote for that, too.
If you create the ticket as customer in the portal or on behalf of a customer you can add it to the screen.
