Organization e-mail notifications

Hi,

 

I'm using Jira service desk cloud and when a customer file a ticket throuh the portal, an emaul notification goes to all the customers in the same organization.

How can I desable that while keeping notification only goes to the request reporter?

Hi,

Under Project Settings - Customer Notifications - Disable the "Organizations Added" notification.  That is what is spamming everyone in the Organization.
