Can we add custom fields to the screen where we can add organisations/customers? Also is there an option to import customers/organizations information without manually entering one by one.
The organizations/customers are actually modified when you allow customers to share their requests with others. This will allow them to add an existing organization/customer to their request.
I don't know of anyway of uploading organizations quickly.
