Im the only one with permissions to change or erease proyects of Jira Service Desk, today im cannot find of my projects, i found one open ticket in the notification and when i try to access the message of "We could't found this"
Check out the permissions section and see if the permission scheme you had for the project has changed. If not I would recommend getting seeing if someone else is able to view the project and tickets. See below on how to get to the permission scheme section.
