Office365 Service Desk Email Channel Settings

Hi,

Does anyone know how/what to configure the JIRA service desk Email Channel settings with an Office365 Shared Mailbox account? I'm aware that the server name should be outlook.office365.com but I'm not sure on what I enter for the username, as its a shared mailbox. Can anyone help with what username I should enter? As you may know, shared mailboxes doesn't require a password. When I enter sharedmailboxusername@domainname.com and my standard password, I get an authentication error.

Any help would be much appreciated.

username@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com - needs to be a licensed user account and make sure you change the primary email in Office 365 to username@yourcompany.com.

Hello Chris,

Currently it is not supported on JSD, as seen on this bug report: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-1596

You can try this work-around, although.
