Does anyone know how/what to configure the JIRA service desk Email Channel settings with an Office365 Shared Mailbox account? I'm aware that the server name should be outlook.office365.com but I'm not sure on what I enter for the username, as its a shared mailbox. Can anyone help with what username I should enter? As you may know, shared mailboxes doesn't require a password. When I enter firstname.lastname@example.org and my standard password, I get an authentication error.
Any help would be much appreciated.
