Not receiving email notifications

As a reporter of Service Desk task, I am not receiving an email notification when a comment is added. Based on the setting, the reporter of the task should be receiving this each time. Also, I do not have the same problem when JIRA task is being commented.

For service desk, check Project Administration -> Customer Notifications.

Also, this might be connected to this bug.
