I am creating an issue from JIRA service desk customer portal. As i am agent, i can create an issue from customer portal. While issue is created, Reporter is getting the mail but Assignee or Agent(Who is same as Reporter) is not receiving any mail?
Any one,who can you help me for this issue??
Maybe have a look at the notification scheme that is associated with your Service Desk project and add the "Assignee" to the Issue Created event?
Also you might want to check your personal preferences in your profile "My changes" - Do not notify me
