I am not able to get the support ticket created for email event. Seeing below issue details at error logs.
Can you help me in knowing the reason for so and next steps to avoid such issues.

Has it ever worked?
Have you checked your username and password? Are they correct?
Email protocol, Mail server and port number?

Have you received a notification on email that your SD is set up and ready to use?
