No Notifications when Assignee = Reporter

Hi together,

I would like to know if it is possible to get mail notifications when Reporter and Assignee are the same user? Atm I am just getting external comments as mail notification. Is there a way to get internals too?

I already tried to configure "Own Changes" as "Notify me" but that does not solve the problem.

If you've changed the user settings for "own changes" its probably being filtered by JSD, which generating the notifcations, probably in relation to you being an Agent (the asssignee?).  Im pretty sure you can achieve this with JEMH (we are the vendor), there are optons to always notify the reporter.   If you dont want other addons, you'll need to go to atlassian support to get them to log an improvement.
