I've just bought a JIRA Service Desk license and uploaded the obr file for it to JIRA Software via the Mange add-ons feature. I do not see any options to create a Service Desk project... only Software or Business projects.
What am I doing wrong? I have found a couple articles on people experiencing this but their issues seem to be caused for different reasons such as disabled plug-ins. I have checked and do not have disabled service desk plug-ins under Manage Add-ons. Oddly enough though, when trying to query SQL for plug-ins, I get a response that 'pluginstate' is not a valid object.
...be more productive while being fun to use at the same time. For some, getting started can be a bit intimidating. This is especially true if Jira Service Desk is your first exposure to Atlassian...
