Some user do get the welcome email when added to a project as a customer, some do not.
All have identical email domains
All have been entered as users
For those that didn't get an email, deleting them from the project and adding them again does not produce the welcome email either.
Clearly email functionality is available since MOST users added to a project actually get email.
Any guidance would be appreciated. Even general words of encouragement.

No but I have an open ticket with Atlassian. We're onboarding customers and can't afford to inflict on them the nonsense we've gone through with internal users. Also, it's not great that the system fails to send an email but doesn't throw an error.. I've read a couple posts that imply there are circumstances where, if the system already sent a welcome email (say you just added them in admin as a user) that they might not get an email when added to a project. If you have an open ticket, let me know. We need resolution stat!
