Need "Waiting for Client" in workflow

I need to make a change to workflow to contain "Waiting for Client" is it possible?

Also, with it being added does to stop the "clock" SLAs?

Hi Yolanda,

Yes, you can change the name of the status in the workflow and after that, you must edit the SLA to make sure to add the new status for the SLA to stop.
